From this project emerges the desire to create freely, to offer a place that combines memory, imagination, the experience of space and matter. It was also about exploring and groping to produce an expressive final form, inscribed in a particular context, and to bring out the poetry of the place. From a digging of the material emerge spaces encouraging to engulf themselves there, and arousing emotions in the users. They roam freely in these hollows and voids that lead to the surrounding landscape. Protected in this setting, they are the guests of the architecture that contains them. In this proposal, it arises incongruously in the desert universe of the Sahara. It plays the role of a landmark in the immensity of the full sands for travelers in search of mysteries and oriental colors. A surprising cave in this landscape, but which nevertheless suggests the original and natural habitat, and a protective place. In a world where the stone would remain cool, and where the water would sparkle under the desert sun, this oasis offers a shelter where to rest and recharge. Every corner is an invitation to stop, to take the time to contemplate the landscape and dream, all in the cool shade.
